Quality control

Our production sites, in collaboration with our experts in agronomy, carry out highly rigorous checks throughout the production chain, from raw materials to final products, to guarantee product safety and quality. Each production site has a testing laboratory and works with accredited and recognised external laboratories.

We develop real expertise in food safety. Our various production sites are certified in accordance with a Food Safety reference system (FSSC 22 000). Our quality system guarantees complete product traceability and quality at each step of the production chain. Our process approach allows for efficient management while incorporating the principles of continuous improvement.

Our Regulatory Affairs department monitors regulations and ensures our compliance with the regulations applicable to our products/ activities. This department also offers you consulting advice and a full expertise, on the basis of the team’s experience of regulations applicable to our products and our customers’ products. We are a member of several trade unions (NATCOL, FICT, SNIV-SNCP, SYNADIET, SNIAA, UNIJUS and others); this enables us to both participate in the drafting of regulations and to understand the regulatory challenges of the future.

Our Quality department has a centralised Customer Quality unit to best meet your needs and answer to your questions in the best conditions.
