ACEROLA

This fruit, rich in Vitamin C, contains many antioxidants and naturally displays antimicrobial properties helping to protect the product.

CELERY

Celery can be combined with acerola to replace nitrite salts for natural preservation.

LEMON AND VINEGAR

Lemon powder or vinegar are excellent preservatives.
